Shipping Information

We ship from Tuscaloosa, Alabama every Monday through Friday, excluding weekends & holidays!

U.S. ORDERS OVER $100 SHIP FREE(EXCLUDING CANADA, AUSTRALIA AND MEXICO)

U.S. SHIPPING TIMES

Our processing time is 2 business days on all orders & our default shipping method is Standard shipping.

Shipping Offered:

•Free/Standard Shipping takes 5-8 business days.

•Priority Shipping takes 2-3 business days.

During sales and holiday months please expect 2 days longer for processing/ship time. Any delays that happen once an item is with USPS are beyond our control. Orders are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed Friday after 12pm CST will ship Monday.

International order transit times vary depending on location.

Order Status

All orders will have a tracking #, please use this to keep up with your package. Once USPS has your package, we are not responsible for your package. If a package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim. We highly advise you to purchase route package protection when checking out for this reason.

Import Taxes & Duties

Counting Sheep Consignment Co is not responsible for customs & import taxes or delays due to customs & import taxes.

Refused Or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages may incur return shipping costs or the order will be refunded, minus all shipping charges & a 20% restocking fee. We will reach out via email if a package is returned to us.
